Hot Dog Cooking For Charity

without comments

Hot dog stands are great for small businesses, convenience stores, and sporting events.  Unfortunately many people over look them when it comes time to making money for charity.  You’ll find that hot dog roller grills are fantastic for quickly increasing charity funds.   This article will explain why and how you can use a hot dog roller grill to earn more revenue for your charity.

You’ll find that these cookers are fantastic for fund raising because they are easy to use, portable, and very appealing to potential customers.   The only thing you need to start earning money is a busy street corner, a power source, person to operate the machine, and some food items.

Hot dogs, buns, and condiments can all be easily found at your local grocery stores.  The actual hot dog roller cooker can be bought from local retail stores or Internet retailers.   Find a local store that is willing to let you plug into their outlets and you are almost ready to do business.   You can then plug into one of their outlets to run your machine.

Lets go ahead and talk about the best way to set up shop and start earning your charity money today. Firstly, we’ll need a hot dog cooker to cook with.   I’d recommend that you buy one that can cook 30 dogs at once so that you can quickly cook up as many charity dogs as you can sell.

Next you’ll want to find a location where you can use your hot dog roller grill.  Shopping malls are great for this because you can set up inside, but they are not always aggreable since you will be competing with their food courts.  Shopping centers and business parks should also be explored.

Following this you’ll need someone to operate the machine for you, or you can even do it yourself.  The only thing you’ll really need is a pair of tongs to handle the dogs and a pair of gloves to keep things sanitary.  Also don’t forget key items like buns, relish, mustard, and ketchup.   Paper plates can be used or you can even just use napkins if that is easier for you.   It may also be a good idea to keep a waste basket nearby to ensure that people do not throw their trash on the ground.
